Hi! I want to commend the installers (Mike & Scott) very professional and very conscientious. They were very meticulous in their work. Working on issue after issue till it was solved. On a few issues, they wanted my input and then we carried out the combined consensus. Very clean! There might have been some superficial scratches on the unit, but they were able to apply some touch up paint. Lastly, they started a small fire just to check the drafting of the smoke. It worked without a hitch. Overall, I give you all 5-Stars! It was a pleasure to do business with both sides through sales and installation. Thank you for all you did. I am sure this new insert will give us many years of service providing the heat we need using less wood than our old fireplace ever did but providing just as much warmth if not more so.
